  • No refunds are provided. Upon plan completion, jewelry must be purchased as per the scheme guidelines.

4. Payments

  • Payments can be made online or at our physical store.
  • For installment plans, only the committed amount is accepted monthly.
  • We are not liable for any technical errors during online transactions.

5. Order & Delivery

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and stock status.

6. Return & Exchange

  • Products once purchased or booked under a scheme are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Exchanges may be considered only under special conditions and solely at the discretion of the company.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate information when registering or placing orders.
  • Passbooks must be presented for installment payments and final jewelry purchase.
